Description
Asset Construction was tasked with the complete demolition and refit of this office space within occupied times calling for a high level of efficiency, time management and communication on all levels to ensure the project was completed on time and without causing any major delays to the daily functioning of the staff.
As the sliding doors open to reveal the newly refurbished waiting area, a modern front desk with clean lines and dynamic tones greets customers while a plexiglass barrier and blonde timber partitions create privacy and defined working areas both front side and back. Electronic roller shutters are accessible via turn switches from the staff side and secure the premises when locked up afterhours.
On the backside is cabinetry that runs along the backwall to offer bountiful storage options with soft closing Blum draws and push open / close doors that run seamlessly together. A large built in cupboard with feature stainless steel handless offers floor to ceiling storage and there is a second unit located further into the staffing quarters.
On all of the external windows are dual roller blinds for privacy within the office and offer a comfortable working environment as well. This project was completed on time and on budget with the help of local contractors and suppliers to keep this office Territory Proud.
