- Demolition and construction of existing structure to create double height ceiling
- Installation of two-storey shop front with floor to ceiling glass
- Fabrication and installation of shop fit out to achieve prestige finish
- Construction of 2 internal offices plus a sewing room
- Lighting
Time frames were critical for this project, as the client was paying rent on two premises while awaiting completion. Located in the congested CBD, the project also required careful planning to ensure the safety and movement of pedestrians and vehicles, especially with substantial works on the shopfront. Footpaths, car parks, and roads were managed in accordance with City of Darwin requirements.
