Jeremy has over 20 years of experience in the construction industry. His expertise lays in programme development and management, as well as the planning, development and execution of business strategies. He is highly skilled in negotiation, communication, critical thinking and complex problem solving. This allows him to excel at team leadership and management. 

Dara excels at project management through a range of skills that have been honed through years of experience. These include a thorough understanding of operational processes, design management, systems and controls, resource planning and contract administration. His technical knowledge and experience allows for client relationships and infrastructure projects to be well managed.

Stephen is a valued project manager who is able to harness his skills to deliver successful projects while leading and managing teams. His skills include managing multiple projects simultaneously, critical thinking and complex problem solving, program development and management, management of onsite variations, contingency planning and management of WHSEQ.

Ben has strong communication and organisational skills, a keen eye for detail, and excels in driving a team-based environment to achieve optimal project outcomes. Adaptable to the challenges of the construction industry, Ben is dedicated to meeting client requirements and ensuring projects are delivered on time, within budget, and to the highest quality standards.

Isaac is an experienced site manager and carpenter who ensures construction projects run smoothly from start to finish. His expertise in both managing the site and performing hands-on carpentry work ensures high standards of quality and efficiency. Isaac’s attention to detail and leadership skills contribute significantly to the successful completion of each project.

Jake is an enthusiastic and knowledgeable Site Manager, bringing a fresh perspective to the team. While still building his experience, he has quickly demonstrated strong leadership and a deep understanding of construction processes. Jake is known for his ability to coordinate tasks effectively, manage site activities, and maintain a high level of organisation. He works closely with the team to ensure that projects progress smoothly, all while maintaining a focus on quality and safety. Jake’s dedication and eagerness to learn make him a promising asset to the team as he continues to grow in his role.

Jack is an experienced Site Manager who brings a strong leadership presence to every project. James is a talented Carpenter and the in-house manager of our joinery workshop, where he’s continuously developing his skills. While still growing in his role, he’s eager and hands-on, with a strong passion for craftsmanship and learning new techniques. James takes pride in working on the tools and is dedicated to producing high-quality joinery pieces that meet our standards. He is steadily building his leadership skills in managing the workshop, ensuring efficiency and attention to detail in every project. James’ enthusiasm, combined with his willingness to learn, makes him a valuable member of the team.

Joel is a 2nd Year Apprentice Carpenter with a strong desire to learn and develop his skills in the construction industry. Eager to gain hands-on experience, he’s already demonstrating great potential in his role. Joel is passionate about mastering carpentry techniques and working alongside experienced tradespeople to expand his knowledge. His positive attitude, strong work ethic, and willingness to take on challenges make him a valuable team member as he continues to grow in his apprenticeship.

Ethan began as a school-based apprentice but quickly transitioned into a full-time 1st Year Apprenticeship due to his enthusiasm and commitment. Eager to learn, he is always ready to take on tasks and follows direction well. Ethan’s helpful attitude and willingness to learn make him a valuable asset to the team as he embarks on his carpentry journey. His dedication to developing his skills and contributing to the team’s success shows great promise for his future in the industry.

Jemma is a crucial member of the team, providing essential project support. She has strong communication and organisational skills, which help ensure smooth coordination across all stages of the project. Jemma’s ability to manage tasks efficiently and assist the project team contributes significantly to delivering projects successfully

Lee oversees the day-to-day operations, from managing finances and paying bills to ensuring the office runs smoothly. Her organisational skills and attention to detail are crucial in maintaining efficient operations and supporting the team’s needs.

Frankie brings daily joy to the office with tail wags, nap demonstrations, and the occasional bark of encouragement. Between scheduled pats and snack patrols, he keeps team morale high and ensures everyone takes regular breaks – especially the ones involving a stroll outside.
