Asset Construction & Maintenance was engaged to deliver the complete internal fit-out for Malone’s Butchery, transforming two previously occupied tenancies into a fully operational, high-functioning retail butcher shop.
The project involved detailed coordination of services and extensive planning to meet the functional demands of a modern butcher layout. From structural modifications and concrete works to custom cool room installation, stainless-steel fabrication, and detailed joinery, every element was carefully managed to deliver a seamless and efficient workspace. The result is a purpose-built tenancy that supports both operational performance and customer experience.
