Asset Construction was engaged to refurbish the VIP Kitchen at Mindil Beach Casino Resort, delivering a modern, functional commercial kitchen tailored to the demands of high-volume hospitality.

The scope included non-structural demolition, installation of a new suspended ceiling system, full wall re-tiling, construction of a cool room and freezer, and fit-out with stainless steel benches and commercial cooking equipment.

Asset also played a key role in the design, contributing around 75% of the layout development, including a value-adding redesign to expand the cool room area.

All works were completed within a live, high-traffic resort environment, with strict management of site access, safety, and disruption mitigation.
