Scope of works
- Construction of modern, multi-use classrooms for a rapidly expanding private school.
- Our client needed four classrooms with superior acoustic properties. They also needed those classrooms to be able to be converted into one space for large workshops & assemblies when required.
- Central to the entire design is the aesthetically pleasing external central heart area. This area is well shaded and can also be used as an external meeting place.
The school was fully operational during the build so complex planning was required to ensure efficiency and safety. This was a ten month build time, which was delivered on time and within the client’s budget.
