Asset Construction was awarded the design and construct contract for a covered raised boardwalk and deck entrance to the front office. During the wet season, the existing entrance is often under water, making it inaccessible.

Our team was tasked with developing a functional solution that would provide year-round access while also creating a more prominent and welcoming entry point, as the building was often overlooked by visitors.

Asset designed and constructed a new covered raised boardwalk with feature timber decking, extending the roofline to the front of the building to create a striking and functional entrance. The result is an accessible, durable, and visually appealing entry that enhances both usability and the overall appearance of the school.
